We did a puppy weighing this morning for Uncle Grant in New Zealand. We had to weigh them on the bathroom scale, since they’ve gotten so big, so these weights are only accurate to within 1/2 a pound. Tashi – 11 lbs. Dokyhi – 12 lbs. Karma – 12 lbs. Tshering – 12 lbs. Norbu [...]

Here’s a short movie of naptime in the whelping box. We started weaning them onto a thin mixture of goat milk and blended puppy kibble yesterday. They love it. Every time they finish eating, they play for 15 minutes and then fall asleep for a few hours.

Here’s a photo of Norbu, the largest pup, at 2.5 weeks. He weighs 70 ounces now. We thought about posting a pic of each of the pups faces, but they pretty much all look alike at this point. The only major difference is how much tan and white they each have. That keeps changing little [...]
